We are committed to maintaining your confidentiality and take every reasonable measure to ensure that all communication—whether written, verbal, or digital—remains private and secure.

Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to understand the potential risks associated with online communication. You are expected to take appropriate measures to secure your computer, internet access, email accounts, chat software, and passwords. I cannot be held liable for any breach of confidentiality resulting from a failure on your part to protect your own privacy.

Consent for Recording
Please do not record, screenshot, or share any part of our sessions without our explicit written consent. This includes posting any session content on websites, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), or any public forums.

Legal Exceptions to Confidentiality
All information shared during counselling is treated as confidential. However, there are certain legal exceptions where confidentiality may be broken. These include, but are not limited to, situations involving threats of harm to yourself or others, or when disclosure is required by law or court order.
